The german photographer F.C. Gundlach has been born in 1926. His first camera has been an Agfa-Box.

Years later he has begun to work in freelance publications for magazins like "Stern" and "Revue" by making film and theatre reports.

In 1953 he has worked for magazins like "Annabelle"  and "Elegante Welt" which have been based in Hamburg in order to make fashion photography by using the journalistic style.
One of his typical elements has been the black and white photography by taking the models in the right position in order to show their emotions in front of the camera.
